Offering individual and small business tax preparation services, Kage is committed to helping you with your tax service needs. Specializing in tax law, he works with clients to proficiently file their taxes timely. Additionally, Kage is one of Dave Ramsey’s Local Tax ELPs, because like Dave, his focus is on providing clients with top-notch service.

Before joining Whitaker-Myers Tax Advisors as a Partner, Kage worked at Novogradac & Company, LLP for five years, serving as a Certified Public Accountant for businesses across the country. Since joining WMWM, Kage has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s tax advisory services, bringing deep technical expertise and a collaborative approach that adds meaningful value to both clients and internal teams. He has also been instrumental in the successful opening of WMWM’s Bluffton, South Carolina tax office, helping expand the firm’s footprint while continuing to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.

Kage graduated from Muskingum University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management.  He additionally completed his CPA license designation from the state of Ohio in 2019. A firm believer in continuing education, Kage stays up to date on all the current and future tax regulations.

Kage lives in St.Clairsville, Ohio with his wife, Torie, and their two children. Outside of work, Kage enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
