Over the course of his career, Summit has led initiatives across clinical operations, analytics, finance, product management, and technology, consistently focusing on innovation and measurable outcomes. Prior to joining Whitaker‑Myers Wealth Managers, he served as Director of Health Systems and National Accounts at TeleTracking Technologies, where he helped develop and launch an enterprise analytics platform designed to provide system‑wide situational awareness, transparency, and real‑time notification for hospital networks.

During the COVID‑19 pandemic, this platform was utilized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to aggregate and report real‑time data from thousands of hospitals nationwide, supporting critical public‑health decision-making. Summit then joined Medically Home, a national leader in hospital‑at‑home programs, where he partnered with organizations such as Mayo Clinic to operationalize centralized command centers that coordinate virtual and in‑home acute care across multiple states and time zones.

Summit holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Service Operations from Harvard Medical School, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Davenport University, and an M.D. from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Roosevelt University in Chicago, where he grew up, and has completed his CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designation from Yale School of Management.
